Witch & Wizard by James Patterson
My Rating: 5 stars
Wisty Allgood is a witch, and her brother, Whit, is a wizard. Whit and Wisty are captured and taken away from their family by the New Order and are both sentenced to immediate execution. The One Who is the One said that there was a prophecy made about them both, about how they would soon save the world from the New Order and free the captured children.
This was just a really good book, James Patterson is a really, really good writer, and I can’t wait for the next Witch & Wizard book to come out. But the thing I liked the most about this book was the whole plot. I guess you cans say I’m a sucker for magic. Also, the main characters had charisma, they were totally easy to connect to and understand. But most of all, in the end the main lesson was to seize the moment, and to never stay quiet and just do what is given to us.

This is so weird. I got 100 pages into this book and abandoned it. For some reason I couldn’t get into it. Don’t get me wrong, I love James Patterson (Maximum Ride) but this one i just didn’t really like. Maybe I’ll try reading it again someday.

Same here, Bella! Witch & Wizard was awesome! I’m excited for the sequel too!
And Tierney, I absolutely love James Patterson too! The Maximum Ride books are amazing. He is such a good writer! And I think you should try to read this book again. It was a little weird in the beginning, but the polt gets better as the story goes on. I promise it’s worth it! 😀
